Vendhaya Kali Mix

A traditional health mix made from sprouted fenugreek seeds, almonds, cardamom, and Himalayan salt. This nutritious powder helps prepare Vendhaya Kali porridge easily at home and supports daily wellness.

• Sprouted Fenugreek Seeds
• Almonds
• Cardamom
• Himalayan Salt

1. Mix 2 tablespoons Vendhaya Kali Mix with 1 cup water.
2. Cook on low flame, stirring continuously.
3. Cook for 3–5 minutes until thick.
4. Add palm jaggery or ghee if desired.
5. Serve warm as a healthy porridge.
