Sprouted Millet Malt

Sprouted Millet Malt is a nutritious health drink powder made from sprouted millets that are dried, roasted, and finely ground. Sprouting improves nutrient absorption and makes the malt easy to digest, making it ideal for daily nutrition.

• Sprouted Finger Millet (Ragi)
• Sprouted Foxtail Millet
• Sprouted Little Millet
• Almonds
• Cashews
• Cardamom
• Palm Sugar or Jaggery (optional)

Hot Drink

1. Add 2 tablespoons (20–25 g) of malt to a cup.
2. Add 200 ml hot milk or hot water.
3. Stir well until smooth.
4. Sweeten with palm sugar or honey if needed.

Porridge for Kids

1. Mix 2 tablespoons powder with ½ cup water.
2. Cook on low flame for 3–4 minutes until thick.
3. Add milk and sweetener.
