Rice Fryums (Vadagam) are crispy traditional snacks made from Ponni raw rice blended with natural spices. These sun-dried fryums puff up and become light and crunchy when fried or roasted. How To Use

  1. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan.
  2. Once the oil is hot, add a small handful of rice fryums.
  3. Fry for 5–10 seconds until they puff up and become crispy.
  4. Remove from oil and drain excess oil.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy the crunchy fryums.

Alternative:
Rice fryums can also be air-fried or roasted for a lighter option.
