Karuppu Kavuni Malt

Karuppu Kavuni Malt is a nutrient-rich traditional health drink mix made from Karuppu Kavuni rice (ancient black rice) blended with wholesome grains, nuts, and natural spices. Known as a royal grain in ancient Tamil culture, Karuppu Kavuni rice is naturally rich in antioxidants, fiber, and essential minerals.

Optional nutritional enhancement (commercial version):

• Sprouted Millets
• Dry Dates Powder
• Barley

No Artificial Colours | No Artificial Flavours | No Preservatives 

1. Add 2 tablespoons (25 g) of Karuppu Kavuni Malt powder to 200 ml water or milk.
2. Mix well to avoid lumps.
3. Cook on low flame for 3–4 minutes while stirring.
4. Add palm jaggery or brown sugar if desired.
5. Serve warm.
